Listen along: A moment for self-kindness. Pause whenever you like and return to the guide at your own pace.

A heart-chakra sound bath uses the language of chakra meditation as a focus for listening. You can approach Viktoria’s session with a simple intention: to spend a little time with kindness toward yourself.

A contemplative framework

Here, chakra language is used as a spiritual framework, not a description of medical anatomy. You do not have to hold a particular belief to enjoy the instruments or make time for a quiet pause.

Keep the intention simple

Before you press play, choose a phrase that feels natural, such as “I can take this moment slowly.” There is no need to repeat it throughout the recording or make yourself feel a particular emotion.

Listen without looking for a sign

Notice the sound at your own pace. Feeling calm, distracted, moved, or unchanged does not measure whether you have done the practice correctly. Sensations are not proof that a chakra has opened or that a condition has been treated.

Make room for comfort

Sit or lie down in a position you can change easily. Keep the volume comfortable. If the session is not what you need today, pause it and choose something else. The practice can be as ordinary as taking a quiet break.

Continue with another kind of listening

If you would prefer an introduction without a chakra theme, start with the sound-bath guide. The same practical approach applies: choose your setting, listen comfortably, and stop when you want to.

Questions about listening

Do I need to believe in chakras to listen?

No. You can enjoy the sounds and use the session as a quiet moment for self-kindness.

Does a sensation prove a chakra has opened?

No. Treat this as a contemplative practice rather than a test of your body or a medical treatment.
